Shipping
Shipping is free of charge, and it is delivered within 3-4 working days.

Order Confirmation
Once the order has been placed successfully an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. It is also your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct.

Return and exchange
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased within 30 days of ordering the item. The product(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and still in the same new condition as when the eyewear was received. Kindly note that you are subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. Contib Eyewear does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. We recommend that you send the package with a tracking option.
Warranty
The warranty is valid six (6) months from the date of the purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing errors, not normal wear and tear. It is not valid if the damage is caused by incorrect usage and/or accidents. Make sure you contact the Contib support service as soon as the manufacturing error has been discovered. When contacting the customer service, please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. We also need a photo clearly showing the defect.
(Garantin gäller i sex (6) månader från inköpsdagen. Garantin omfattar tillverkningsfel, inte normalt slitage. Den gäller inte om skadan orsakats av felaktig användning och/eller vid olycka. Se till att du kontaktar Contib kundtjänst så snart du har upptäckt tillverkningsfelet. Vid kontakt med kundtjänst behöver du ange namn, adress, ordernummer och en detaljerad beskrivning av det aktuella ärendet. Vi behöver även ett foto som tydligt visar felet.)
Faulty delivery
If you have not received what you ordered, make sure you contact the Contib support as soon as it has been discovered. When contacting the customer service, please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct.
